Welcome to the PAMPA Trial

Welcome to the home page for the Preventing Arthritis in a Multi-Center Psoriasis At-Risk Cohort (PAMPA) clinical trial. This multi-year study is being conducted at several centers across the US and Canada. The purpose of the study is to learn more about slowing or preventing the development of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in people with skin psoriasis. Up to 1/3 people with skin psoriasis will go on to develop PsA and we hope to learn more about how to slow or stop this progression.
